The Tower
The Tower refers to floors 3 and 4 of Pattee Library. To reach the Tower, take the broad central staircase to the landing on Pattee Library 2nd floor, enter the door located in the small alcove near the water fountain, then continue up the stairs. The Tower houses offices of the Libraries' Library Learning Services department on the 3rd floor and Preservation Services and Collections Care on the 4th floor.
The elevator to the Tower is key-operated, and most staff keys will operate the elevator. Staff needing to use the elevator should bring their office key with them, or, alternatively, call ahead to Preservation or Library Learning Services and have someone from one of those areas bring the elevator down and escort them back upstairs.
