Language toolbar

If this is not already present, please follow these steps to add this feature:

  • Click on START, then choose Control Panel.

  • From the list, double-click on "Regional and Language Options."

Language Control Panel

  • Then choose your desired language from the drop-down menu:

Choose Language

(If your desired language is not there, check the Languages tab. It may need to be downloaded. If this is the case, you will be asked to restart your computer.)

  • Once the selection is made, you should see the EN in the taskbar. Click on this icon to select the language tools you would like to have available, and select the “show language toolbar” option. (This will enable you to bring up a keyboard for the language you would like use to type in browser form fields.)

  • Settings can be changed using the “tools” button.

  • To use this tool to search for books, go to the libraries home page at www.libraries.psu.edu.
