The Physical and Mathematical Sciences Library located in 201 Davey Lab, includes reference materials, current and bound periodicals, handbooks, CD-ROMs, and online resources that support research activities and instruction in the various curricula of Penn State's College of Engineering and the Eberly College of Science, particularly in the areas of chemical engineering, chemistry, physics, astronomy, mathematics, and statistics.

The PAMS Library also houses the Libraries' collection of patents.

The PAMS Library also has the following facilities:
  • a conference room with seating for 10 people and equipped with a white board and power/data ports, reservable through Oracle (214 Davey Lab PAMS Conf. Rm)
  • an instruction room (211 Davey Lab) with 16 computers and 32 seats
  • three group study rooms, equippted with white board, dimmable lights, power/data outlets, and seating for 4-6
