If the CAT record shows a library location rather than a status message (Due, Hold, etc.) for a book, it should be available on the shelf. If it is missing from the indicated location, patrons can use the "I Want It" button at the CAT record screen to initiate a search for the item. Alternately, they can request a search by inquiring in person at the Circulation and Interlibrary Loan Desk or any branch library circulation desk.
