LIAS is the acronym for "Library Information Access System," a system developed at the Pennsylvania State University Libraries. LIAS is the gateway to numerous Penn State information resources, including the CAT, indexing and abstracting databases, electronic journals, full text databases, an online reference shelf, personal borrowing information, access to the home pages of the various libraries and service units within the organization and more.
