Interlibrary Loan is a service available to current Penn State faculty, staff and students who are registered library patrons. ILL requests are placed through ILLiad (Interlibrary Loan's record management system). From ILLiad you will also be able to:

  • Check on the status of your request
  • Ask for a renewal
  • View your request history
  • Resubmit a canceled request
  • View your electronically delivered articles

Registered ILLiad patrons are also able to directly place ILL requests from several databases listed on the Databases by Title (A-Z List) list.
Interlibrary Loan information available here. Those wishing to borrow Penn State University Libraries material who are not currently affiliated with Penn State University are encouraged to visit the Interlibrary Loan Lending website.
