Card Value Centers for purchasing LionCash cards ($1.00) or adding value to ID+ or LionCash cards are available in the following locations:
Housing and Food Services is responsible for maintaining the ID+ machines. To report a malfunctioning cash value card dispenser at University Park, call (814) 865-2801 and leave a voice mail message. NOTE: If the ID+ machine takes money but does not add it to the patron's card, call asap: Bob Temple, Network Support Specialist, 863-2336, rpt117@psu.edu

Patrons who request a refund because of faulty photocopies need to fill out a Transaction Refund Request form (available at public services desks, including Gateway) and have it signed by the desk staff person in the area in which the job was done. The patron then turns the form in at the ID+ Office, 103 HUB-Robeson Center, or at the Lending Services Desk for forwarding to the ID+ Office. Requests are processed within the week and patrons are notified by email when the refund has been applied to their account.
