Online Helpdesks

The Libraries have several online helpdesks for staff to use to report technology or facilities problems:

  • ER help desk for reporting problems accessing a licensed electronic database or using a GetIt! link
  • Libraries Helpdesk for reporting problems with public and staff computers (hardware and software) and with facilities problems

For more general technology questions not related to the libraries, students and staff may also contact the ITS Helpdesks, which offer walk-in, phone, and electronic consulting. See ITS Support Services and Locations for more information.



Helpdesks

While in the libraries, visit the welcome desk, your subject library reference desk, and the Gateway reference desk for help. Or use the widget to the right to IM the Gateway desk.
