Claim Returned Form
Patrons who believe that they have returned materials that are still charged out to them on their library account can fill out a Claim Returned Form. Submitting this form will institute a search by library staff for the materials indicated on the form. The materials will remain charged to the patron's account until they are found. For further information, call Lending Services at (814) 865-5429.
