The CIC University Libraries (Big Ten) provides online catalog access and mutual borrowing privileges for the students, faculty, and research staff of the CIC Big Ten Universities and the University of Chicago.

Through the virtual electronic library, a user at any CIC library can search and borrow the materials at any other CIC library. Books unavailable at Penn State (not owned, missing, or checked out) can be ordered directly through the CIC rather than through Interlibrary Loan or from the Databases.

Access the CIC virtual electronic library here. This link goes to the MetaLib "Quick Search" module. Under the search boxes, select the radio button "CIC University Libraries (Big Ten)" to search the catalogs of the CIC libraries.
