Blockson Collection
The Charles L. Blockson Collection of African-Americana and the African Diaspora (named after the donor of the collection) is part of the Special Collections Library (website). The physical collection is located on the 3rd Floor of West Pattee, next to the Waring Archives. It opened in spring 2008 and has limited hours. As of the fall semester 2008, the hours are Mondays and Thursdays from 2-4 PM or by appointment.
Inquiries and requests about the collection should be directed to the Special Collections Library, 104 Paterno Library, (814) 865-1793.
